This unique course provides invaluable preparation for the Construction Supervisors Licensing Exam. It covers the new 7th Edition Massachusetts Residentail Building Code and is also an excellent code review for those already licensed.
Please note:
Those pursuing the Restricted License will require just the new 7th Edition Code for 1 & 2 Family Dwellings. The Unrestricted License Exam will be based on content from the 6th and 7th Editions, and students pursuing that license will need BOTH code books for the class and the exam. Books can be ordered when signing up for the class and are distributed in the first class.
Restricted License: Valid for work on 1 & 2 Family Dwellings
Unrestricted License: Valid for work on any building, up to 35,000 cubic feet of space.
The classes are lead by five expert instructors with extensive professional experience in the building trades and up-to-date knowledge of the Building Code. Homework will be assigned each week and reviewed in the following class.
